About Us
Hi! I'm Dana, the baker behind Trailhead Bread. My husband and I moved to Bellevue in 2024, and after taking a few years off from baking professionally I decided to get back into it.
I have my red seal in Baking and a diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts.

I grew up in an entrepreneurial household, and started my first baking business when I was 10 years old.

I've come a long way since then, and had the immense pleasure of working in fine dining kitchens and sourdough bakeries. I love to use natural ingredients, regional flavours, and to support local producers wherever possible.
