There's nothing like fresh bread
Starting July/August 2026:
Available throughout the week at our local partners, and on Fridays and Saturdays at our storefront in Coleman.
Baked in Coleman and made over three days, these sourdough loaves are naturally leavened and made using Canadian-grown and Alberta-milled flours from Scottish Mills.
Each loaf is best enjoyed fresh, but will keep up to 5 days when wrapped well. (best used for toast after day 3)
Our bread is made by hand in small batches, therefore we cannot guarantee that bread will be available later in the day. We'd recommend coming early, if you can!
