There's nothing like fresh bread
Baked on Tuesday for evening porch pick-up in Bellevue. Orders close Sunday at midnight, with only a few loaves available each week.
Baked in Bellevue and ready in time for dinner, these sourdough loaves are naturally leavened and made using Canadian-grown and Alberta-milled flours from Scottish Mills.

Each loaf is best enjoyed fresh, but will keep up to 5 days when wrapped well. (best used for toast after day 3)

We bake in small batches, and bread is available for pick-up in Bellevue only. ā

Preorders open on Thursdays and close Sunday at midnight. I bake on Tuesdays, and bread is available for porch pick-up from 5 pm-8 pm.
