At this stage the loaves hang out at a cold temp overnight to fully develop the flavour.

CANNOT stress enough how grateful I am to be a part of your celebrations! With wedding season winding down we’re seeing more and more birthday orders and “just because” cakes.

I’m here for it all and so happy to add a little sparkle to your celebration.

Recipe testing this weekend, and OBSESSED with these Buckwheat Dark Choco cookies.

This is one of those cookies that has like 6 ingredients, so each needs to be high quality, especially the chocolate as it is such a high percentage.

I did this fist test with Valhrona chocolate, and combined with the buckwheat they have the same sort of sourness you might find in a shot of espresso.

Might see these on the menu soon, or in the baskets at porch pickup for feedback!

For all you decadence lovers out there… chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream 😍

Absolutely obsessed w the choco cake/choco buttercream combo and fresh fruits. I don’t love a super heavy cake but I love FLAVOUR so I use Lindt and Callebaut chocolate in the cake and the buttercream. Velvety and chocolately without being too heavy.
