Baked in Bellevue and ready in time for dinner, these sourdough loaves are naturally leavened and made using Canadian-grown and Alberta-milled flours from Scottish Mills.

Each loaf is best enjoyed fresh, but will keep up to 5 days when wrapped well. (best used for toast after day 3)

 

Cakes keep well for up to 1 week, are best kept refrigerated, and served room temp.

We bake in small batches, and items are available for pick-up in Bellevue only. ​
